Giving Back

I believe in giving back, so I have teamed up with the charity Acupuncture Without Borders and volunteer once a week at The Grange, Bookham. 

We are a group of acupuncturists who are dedicated to serving our local communities. Ear acupuncture is offered alongside a guided meditation in this group setting. Ear acupuncture is used in detoxification and because of its direct links to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, making it ideal to help manage stress, trauma, anxiety and more.
